Error Code 14 occurs when your mobile device is not able to connect to your Decora Digital Device over Bluetooth. There are a variety of causes for not being able to connect. Here are the common steps you should take if you experience an Error Code 14.
Get Closer:
If you have previously connected to your Decora Digital Bluetooth device, you may be located too far away from the device for reliable communication. Mobile devices often will store information from previous Bluetooth connections, so they appear as available. If they are too far you may receive an error. As a test, stand within 5 feet of the device and try to connect, if you connect successfully your issue was range.
Reboot:
Mobile devices often go long periods of time without rebooting. Power cycle both your mobile device and Decora Digital Bluetooth device. While this step is typically not needed, it may clear out a potential issue causing the Error Code 14 situation.
Decora Digital App update:
The Decora Digital app is routinely updated to add enhancements, improve the user experience, and to address changes made in both iOS and Android operating systems. Please confirm you are running the latest version of the Decora Digital App.
Confirm Your Version:

Please remove the wallplate and take a picture of the bottom left of the device. Support will ask for the 6 digit number or if a sticker is not present.
