When schedules are not running at the correct time, the issue may be the time in the Decora Digital device or an issue calculating sunrise/sunset correctly.
Connect to the App:
Each time the Decora Digital Bluetooth device is connected to the Decora Digital Dimmer and Timer app, the time is updated. If you have experienced a power outage, the issue may be that the time needs to be reset. See the article "What happens to my devices if my home loses power?" for further details.
Sunrise/Sunset Calculation:
When schedules are programmed to turn on or off based on sunrise or sunset, Location Services must be enabled in you app. The Location Services are used to determine your location, and with this location information the Bluetooth device can calculate the correct time each day. To determine if the issue is with the Location Services, change a schedule from sunrise or sunset and use a specific time.
